Long Term Contract Renters (at least once

u Contracts run January
through June, July through August, September through December.
o Note number of weeks in each month and charge
accordingly

If the Center cancels your
event/class, you will be credited at that time.

If you cancel the event/class, there
will be no refund.
Cancellation Fee
u If you cancel more than
30 days before the event, there will be a cancellation fee of
10% of the full
workshop fee deducted from your deposit.

If you cancel 7 to 30 days before
the event, there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the full
workshop fee deducted from your deposit.
u
If you cancel 7 days or less before
the event, you forfeit your entire deposit.
u
Any balance of remaining deposit
will be applied to future dates.

Projector - $30 per day

Movie Screen - $10 per day

Rental Equipment Agreement must be
